Egg White Protein Shakes

Enjoy our egg white protein shake recipes. For most of the recipes you may use fresh or frozen fruits or vegetables. Make certain that you wash all of your fresh veggies and fruit well prior to use. I usually even wash vegetables and fruit that require peeling, like potatos or banana, to make certain that no contaminants that may be on the peel touch the fresh fruit or vegetables.

Most of the recipes may use fresh or frozen vegetables or fruit. When I find nice fresh in season vegetables or fruit, like baby carrots or strawberries, I'll buy extra to freeze for later use.

The Omega

Thanks to Age Long Health for this delicious protein shake to help increase energy, improve cardiovascular health and anti-inflammatory qualities.

  • 3/4 cup fresh apple juice
  • 1 banana cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop favorite quality egg white protein powder
  • 8 ice cubes

Process the fruit with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixed thoroughly and serve.

Fresh and Fresher

  • 3/4 cup carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup cucumber juice
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or add it in with the apples when making the juice)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 scoop of your favorite egg white protein powder

Pour your freshly processed juices into the blender along with the other ingredients.Process the fruit with the other ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixed thoroughly and serve.

Snack Attack!

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened light coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 banana sliced (frozen or fresh)
  • 3/4 cup passion fruit sorbet
  • 1 scoop of your favorite egg white protein powder

Place all of your ingredients into the blender. Blend until mixed thoroughly and serve. Mmmmm! A tasty protein snack to freshen up your day.
